A retail and leisure extension to the Houndshill Shopping Centre, this project is set to rejuvenate the shopping centre and surrounding area with its bold, modern form while complimenting the heritage listed Winter Gardens building opposite through the use of elegant reflective materials.
The completed development will comprise a large retail unit and restaurants on ground floor and a 9 screen cinema, including a 200+ seat IMAX, on the first and second floors.
