Beginning on site March 2014 this project involved the demolition of a large redundant commercial warehouse and construction of a residential development comprising 3 buildings with a total of 32 apartments, 24 private and 8 social. 

The building envelope consists of a good colour selection of mixed materials, such as stone, render, cladding and clay tiling subtly complementing one another. Low level walling, soft landscaping, open plan private parking, recycling and cycle store facilities are mixed well and give a pedestrian friendly feel to the development.
