We have recently submitted a Planning Application to City of Edinburgh Council for a development of 39 residential units at Hillside Crescent, Edinburgh.

 

The proposal involves the retention of a 1970s office building's structural frame and its contemporary recladding using traditional materials, to form a sensitive residential proposal on an important site on the Eastern approach to the city centre.
