1. Consolidate Aberdeen Office Operations
2. Create an empowered workplace environment
3. Make a real difference to the working environment
With intensive engagement and Change Management processes, and the complete refurbishment of the 28,000m2 Tullos complex at a cost of £12 million, the strategy was realised and confirmed as a major success.
