A late Victorian residential lower villa within Edinburgh’s Conservation Area. The client brief was to modernise and bring up to current livings standards their dated property.

The renovation encompassed a glassy garden room extension with open plan kitchen area, new connection between living and dining rooms and master bedroom ensuite. The garden room is of a modern design incorporating materials & finishes sympathetic to the existing traditional palette.
