A refurbishment of a former 45,000ft² retail unit at the Coopers Square Shopping Centre, this project was the first stage of a larger effort to rejuvenate the shopping centre and surrounding town centre of Burton Upon Trent.

The completed development with its clean and crisp facade redesign has already attracted major high street retailers and recaptured the interests of local shoppers. Plans for further reinvestment and redevelopment of the shopping centre continue.
