The development comprised part demolition to extend the height of the top most storey to form a 6 screen cinema complex, luxury 9 lane bowling alley, a state of the art climbing centre, seated dining with hand made pizzas, karaoke and various entertaining game activities, ranging from axe throwing, street curling to mini-golf and much more. The leisure facilities being arranged over 3 storeys with a total lettable area amounting to 5569sqm. With a proposed new Laser quest leisure zone proposed on the King Street entrance level with a floor area of 347sqm coming soon.

 

The multi-screen cinema complex located at the upper floor level will comprise an area of 2588sqm, providing 6 auditoria. 

 

The extension materials incorporate the highest level of wall cladding forming the envelope of the cinema and climbing area with contemporary, low maintenance, metal finish to allow the building to reflect the prevailing sky conditions, reducing the perceived mass of the overall building.
